Part of the 2026 Hungry for Better Sex, Pleasure and Intimacy series, join us for our February special - Hungry for Permission.
Many people think they’re struggling with desire, when what they’re really struggling with is permission.
Permission to want
Permission to feel
Permission to listen to their body without judgement, explanation, or justification
Rather than asking what’s wrong, this session invites a different question:
“Where did I learn to hold myself back?”
This evening is not about pushing yourself to want more, try harder, or become someone else.
It’s about noticing the internal brakes you may have learned to apply — and beginning to understand why they’re there.
Together, we’ll gently explore:
where inhibition around desire often comes from
why desire doesn’t respond to pressure, morality, or self-criticism
the difference between permission and pressure
the quiet internal voice many women carry that waits for approval before allowing desire
You’re welcome whether you feel confident, uncertain, curious, disconnected, or simply interested.
There is no expectation to share, disclose, or explain yourself — listening is enough.
