Effective date: 6 November 2026
Our commitment to accessibility
LTAS Therapy is committed to making its website, information and services as accessible and inclusive as reasonably possible.
We recognise that people access information in different ways and may experience barriers relating to disability, health, technology, language or individual circumstances.
Our aim is to provide a website that is clear, understandable and straightforward to navigate.
Website accessibility
We aim to develop and maintain our website with reference to recognised accessibility guidance, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2.
Areas we seek to address include:
Clear and consistent navigation.
Readable text and appropriate colour contrast.
Meaningful headings and page structure.
Compatibility with keyboard navigation and assistive technologies.
Alternative text for meaningful images.
Clear instructions for forms and interactive elements.
Responsive layouts for different screen sizes.
Avoidance of unnecessary visual or sensory barriers.
We recognise that accessibility is an ongoing process and that some parts of the website may require further improvement.
Known limitations
Our website includes content and functionality provided through Squarespace and may contain embedded services, downloadable documents or interactive resources.
Accessibility may vary between these components.
A full independent accessibility audit has not yet been completed, and we do not currently claim full conformance with WCAG 2.2 AA.
We intend to review identified barriers and make proportionate improvements.
Alternative formats and assistance
If you experience difficulty accessing information on our website, please contact us.
Where reasonably practicable, we will consider providing information in an alternative format or helping you access the relevant service through another suitable method.
You do not need to disclose a detailed medical history to request accessibility assistance.
Accessibility in therapy and related services
We recognise that accessibility extends beyond website design.
Where appropriate and practicable, we welcome discussions about adjustments to communication, appointment arrangements and the way information is provided.
Any arrangements will depend on individual needs, the nature of the service and what can reasonably and safely be provided.
Reporting an accessibility problem
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please let us know.
It would be helpful to include:
The page or resource you were trying to access.
A brief description of the difficulty.
The type of assistance or alternative format that might help.
Please avoid including unnecessary sensitive personal information.
