6. Your statutory cancellation rights
For qualifying distance contracts for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, you will generally have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days after the contract is made.
Where you wish to receive digital content immediately, before that cancellation period has ended, we may ask you to:
Give your express consent for digital supply to begin during the cancellation period.
Acknowledge that you will lose your statutory right to cancel once supply begins.
Receive confirmation of the relevant agreement and purchase information in the legally required form.
Where all applicable legal requirements have been met and digital supply has begun, the statutory change-of-mind cancellation right will be lost.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected by any cancellation arrangements.
If digital content is faulty, not as described or does not meet applicable statutory requirements, you may be entitled to an appropriate remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund.

Personal information connected with purchases is handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice.
Where an interactive resource allows private written reflections, saved progress or sharing with another participant, the applicable resource information will explain those functions.
